Three levels. One familiar fit.

WALITO fabric resistance bands.

A little space is enough for a focused lower-body session. Our fabric loops sit around the legs and add resistance as you move against them. Start with the level that lets you keep the movement controlled, then choose a firmer loop when the same exercise becomes easier.

Get to know the format.

The WALITO fabric set includes three loops with the same pictured dimensions, so changing levels does not mean switching to a different loop length. Aqua, pink and purple identify light, medium and heavy. The fabric body and inner grip strips offer a different feel from an open flat band. They also serve a different purpose: these short loops are for movements around the legs, rather than long pulling exercises with the hands.

Choose it for your routine.

Choose fabric loops for lateral steps, a banded bridge or adding outward resistance to a squat you already perform comfortably. For seated rows or arm movements that need a longer band, explore our stretch bands instead. A heavier loop is not automatically the better choice. If it changes your stance or makes the movement smaller than intended, return to a lighter level.

Questions before you choose.

Are these bands latex-free?

No. The fabric loop construction includes latex. Do not choose this set if you need equipment that avoids latex.

Are the three loops different lengths?

The pictured set uses the same loop dimensions for all three levels. The resistance level changes, rather than the basic loop size.

Can I use a fabric loop instead of a long band?

They are not interchangeable for every exercise. A short loop works around the legs; a long open band gives you more length for hands-and-feet arrangements.

Which level should I start with?

Choose the level that lets you maintain your intended position and return slowly. Try the movement without a band first if the exercise is new to you.
