Open ends. More room to work.

WALITO stretch bands.

Long, open bands give you room to change your grip and exercise position. Our selected five-foot sets include three flat TPE bands, with a carry bag and guide. Choose pink or blue, then select the level that suits the movement rather than relying on color alone.

Get to know the format.

A flat band can be held at different points, positioned under the feet or used for a controlled seated pull. That flexibility makes setup part of the exercise: the available length and starting stretch both affect how the band feels. These are open bands, not closed pull-up assistance loops and not tubes with clip-on handles.

Choose it for your routine.

Choose this format when you want a small kit for a variety of upper- and lower-body movements without a fixed handle. The five-foot length refers to the selected option before stretching. Do not treat the printed resistance ranges as a constant dumbbell weight, and do not shorten the band until it pulls you out of position. Our choosing guide explains how length, material and exercise setup work together.

Questions before you choose.

Do pink and blue mean different resistance systems?

Both selected sets have three labeled levels. Choose the set color you prefer, then follow the level labels within that set rather than assuming colors match other brands.

Are handles included?

No. These sets contain flat bands, a bag and a guide. Our cable handles use clips and D-rings and should not be improvised onto a flat band.

Is the five-foot length measured while stretched?

The selected length describes the unstretched band. It is not a safe-stretch limit.

Can I tie a flat band to a door handle?

Do not improvise an anchor from household fittings. Use only arrangements permitted by the instructions supplied with the equipment.
