Padded Cable Handles
Foam-padded handles, nylon webbing and metal D-rings for a compatible cable setup.
Start with the connection.
Choose the point of contact that fits the exercise: padded handles for your hands, or adjustable cuffs for your ankles. Our cable accessories connect to suitable equipment through metal rings. The machine or resistance system supplies the load; the attachment helps you hold or connect to it.

Handles and ankle cuffs can look like small accessories, but their roles are distinct. A handle gives the hand a padded grip. An ankle cuff wraps above the ankle so a compatible cable can connect through its D-rings. Neither is a resistance band on its own, and neither includes a cable machine.
Check the connector on the equipment you plan to use before selecting an attachment. It must close fully around the intended ring without an awkward angle or contact with the fastening. Then check the grip or cuff fit with light tension. A comfortable setup should let you move deliberately without twisting the attachment or making repeated adjustments mid-set.

No. They connect you to a compatible cable or resistance system, which is purchased separately.
Do not assume universal compatibility. Check that the connector fits, closes completely and remains correctly aligned through the movement.
Choose the attachment designed for the intended body position and follow its instructions. A cable ankle cuff should not be repurposed simply because it can be fastened there.
Choose handles for a hand-held grip. Choose ankle cuffs for suitable lower-body cable exercises. They solve different connection needs.
