Aqua / Pink / Purple · Three levels
Keep a light, medium and heavy loop within reach. This three-band set gives lower-body movements a different challenge without changing the pictured loop size each time. The woven fabric body and inner rubber grip are designed for use around the legs.

A closer look
The light aqua loop, medium pink loop and heavy purple loop are pictured at the same dimensions. That helps you compare how the levels feel in the same exercise position, rather than adapting to a different loop length as well. Start with the movement you intend to perform, then select the level that lets you keep the same deliberate pace from the first repetition to the last.
For a banded bridge or lateral step, a short loop provides resistance as the legs move apart. It does not need a door anchor or a handle. Keep the loop flat against the intended area and stop to adjust it if it folds or catches on clothing. A grip strip can help with placement, but it is not a guarantee that a band will never move.
Make it work for you
This set suits lower-body movements that use a short loop around the legs. It is not a replacement for a long flat band in a seated row or a closed assistance band used with a pull-up bar. Choosing the correct format matters more than choosing the heaviest level.
The fabric construction includes latex. Consider material sensitivity before selecting the set. Keep the loops away from sharp edges and inspect the weave, seams and inner grip before use. Follow the care instructions supplied with your set; avoid using heat to rush drying.
Check the selected option in the purchase tab before placing your order.
Read the instructions supplied with this exact product. Check the material, seams, fastenings and any connecting hardware. Try the intended setup with little or no resistance before building it into a routine.
For storage and inspection, visit our equipment care guide. To compare the roles of different formats, start with choosing resistance bands.
The aqua, pink and purple loops are labeled light, medium and heavy. Resistance changes with stretch, so these labels do not represent a constant weight throughout a movement.
Use the positions and exercises described in the supplied guide. For a new movement, establish control before adding resistance or changing where the loop sits.
No. The fabric construction includes latex, even though the outside is fabric.
